You are most likely talking about @menthalovely. Their image "12314346456" was/is a masterpiece! But "4568583453", "476356753453", "354096784509", "6756748567354", "457690845768", and "09384029349" were great as well. I do not know what those numbers stand for either.
And I miss them as well! ;_;
They left Newgrounds and deleted their account by their own choice, but I do not know 'why'. They had a Twitter account so my guess would be that... they have migrated to Mastodon or Bluesky by now. ;)
