There was an artist on here that posted really cool, bloody, and dark things; mainly involving a girl character. Their art titles were always just numbers like, 3890193273090. I believe they were also working on a game called, Ribbon Cutter, or something like that. Their channel has disappeared and I can't for the life of me remember their name or find their game online. Does anyone else know who I'm talking about?

You are most likely talking about @menthalovely. Their image "12314346456" was/is a masterpiece! But "4568583453", "476356753453", "354096784509", "6756748567354", "457690845768", and "09384029349" were great as well. I do not know what those numbers stand for either.
And I miss them as well! ;_;
They left Newgrounds and deleted their account by their own choice, but I do not know 'why'. They had a Twitter account so my guess would be that... they have migrated to Mastodon or Bluesky by now. ;)
